Connect it to resistance bands, sling trainers and Kinetic Trainer. This way you can get even more out of your existing fitness equipment using the stainless steel connecting eyelets at both ends of the Rowstick.
High-quality workmanship
The new Rowstick comes in a 3-part Design and can be assembled in two different lengths. Rowstick is made from galvanized steel and stainless steel. The coating is made of robust soft foam and have a diameter of 33 mm (1.3 in) which makes it very comfortable to grip safely. The connecting eyelets are mounted on bearings, so that they rotate with every move and allow for a comfortable training.
Perfect in combination with our Powerbands
The Rowstick is especially suitable for use with our Powerbands and Powerband Trainer. Use the "light" band with the long Rowstick configuration to train for batting sports such as hockey and golf or the heavier bands in the short Rowstick configuration for chest presses and rows. aerobis Rowstick is guaranteed to offer varied, challenging and fun workouts!
